"When overseeing our accounts, I advise our team to do whatever they can to keep projects moving forward. Even if it seems like there's nothing to be done some days, there's always something that can be done."

Ryan got a piece of advice once that might sound like a way to take the easy route: "Don't be afraid to do something simple or small if the other choice is doing nothing at all." He takes that to mean there's always something you could be working on.

Interesting fact, Ryan considered becoming a veterinarian when he was younger. Also, when asked what super power he would choose it was teleportation or flying or maybe both!
